Organizing Your Affairs
To view the portion of our video workshop that focuses on Organizing Your Affairs, begin at 16 minutes and 40 seconds.
Do you need to get your affairs in order to ensure your loved ones are taken care of upon your passing? We are here to help you with your Estate Planning needs by utilizing our 5 step process that facilitates you working with a local estate planning attorney (not an out of state document preparation company), for a flat fee, to prepare a package of documents for your personal situation.
When preparing a simple Will, most attorneys will include a financial and healthcare power of attorney along with a Living Will, and it may be unnecessary to pay more than $595 for this package. In addition a Revocable Living Trust can be included with the goals of simplification and avoiding probate, and it may be unnecessary to pay more than $795 for this entire package of documents.
In addition to document preparation, a local attorney can also provide the service of reviewing existing estate documents without cost or obligation.
We are here to hold your hand through this often overwhelming task and have provided resources and tools below that will assist with jumpstarting the process. We would welcome sitting down with you and discussing your personal situation and what the next best steps are to ensuring your affairs are in order.
