Heather brings many years of administrative experience, with a proven track record of improving process efficiencies, delivering exceptional customer service, and supporting operational excellence. In her role, Heather will help guide prospective clients through learning more about our practice and how we manage client accounts, while also assisting new clients throughout the onboarding process to ensure a smooth and welcoming transition to our firm. She will also serve as a resource for current clients and prospects, assisting them with the Trust & Will process and helping them take advantage of the estate planning resources available through our firm.
